Introducing our breads

We serve you always slices of our fresh homemade bread as an appetizer. At the same time, we sell loaves of bread in our restaurant. Usually we have at least two different kind of breads available. If you want a special kind of bread, ask us for our bread list. We offer also fresh baked glutenfree breads and cakes, only on order. Here some samples of our different kind of breads.
Buttermilkbread = unbleached white flour, buttermilk, sesame-sunflower-flaxseed
Whole-wheat-multiseedbread = whole wheat flour, multiseed, xtra flaxseed
Fruitstollen = unbleached white flour, sugar, milk, eegs, butter, orange-lemonpeel, raisin
Sourdough Bread = rye flour, unbleached white flour, sourdough
